I had no idea that little Columbia Mo. had no law keeping women from going topless in public. The group Gotopless.org had a rally there to draw attention to their drive to make it legal nationwide and I was on hand to document it though only 8 - 10 ladies showed their support they claimed it was a good turnout.
Years ago, a woman was ticketed for jogging topless in Austin, Texas. The Judge found that anyplace in Austin that a man could be shirtless, a woman had the same right.
